Mono Village, located on Upper Twin Lake, is a fishermen’s haven and family vacation hideaway. Nestled in one of the most scenic and rugged areas in the Eastern Sierras, Mono Village rests at an elevation of 7,100 feet and is easily reached from Bridgeport, California. To find us, take Twin Lakes Road out of Bridgeport. Follow 14 miles to the very end of the pavement. Twin Lakes Road ends at the entrance to Mono Village. Our season extends from the last weekend of April (opening of fishing season) through October 31, annually.

Annett’s Mono Village is a full-service destination resort. We have rental cabins and motels, a 300 space campground, a fully stocked grocery store with an ATM machine, a fully equipped boat house, boat and pontoon boat rentals, a cafe, cocktail lounge, a beautiful gift shop featuring clothing and assorted gift items, a spacious lawn area offering BBQ’s and picnic tables, propane, wood, ice and fishing license sales, shower and laundry facilities, family style restroom/showers, and much, much more.

We offer wireless, high-speed internet or “WI-FI” for our guests with laptop computers. For those of you with older systems not compatible with the wireless features, visit our cocktail lounge between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm to access our “hard-wire” feature for your convenience. Please be advised: Due to the ruralness of the area, wi-fi download rates are restricted. Large downloads should be avoided. Service is meant to allow for the checking of email and browsing the internet.

Cabins: Cancellations require a 21 day notice prior to arrival for refund. A $25.00 service charge will be withheld on all cancellations or changes to a reservation. Failure to provide the required 3 weeks cancellation notice will result in the entire deposit being forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rules & regulations

Cabin Rules:

1. A cleaning deposit is required on all cabins, Mobile homes, and Lake Shore units upon check-in, deposits are refundable provided that the unit is left in the same condition as it is found upon check-in. Deposits can be made in the form of cash or personal check.

ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, detection of smoking upon check out will result in forfeiture of cleaning deposit and additional cleaning fees being imposed.

2. There are absolutely no pets allowed inside, outside, or around ANY of our rental units at any time. Anyone found to have a pet in any of our units will be immediately evicted with no refund whatsoever.

3. All of our units have strict “maximum” occupancies. Anyone exceeding the maximum number of persons for their particular rental will be evicted with no refund of the rental cost. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Every breathing individual counts, infants are counted as one person.

4. All of our rental units are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Only the name on the reservation is eligible to check in and occupy unit. Failure to comply with our policy will result in loss of entire deposit and unit being forfeited.

5. All of our rentals are completely furnished and equipped housekeeping units with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Smaller rustic cabins do not have a sink in the bathroom, but sinks are installed in the kitchens of ALL units. Bedding, linens, towels & kitchen necessities (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker) are provided. Each unit has an outside firepit and picnic table. Microwaves are not provided in any unit. Please be advised that the “basics” such as dish soap, paper towels, garbage sacks, etc. are not provided in any unit and are the responsibility of our guests. It is the responsibility of guests to remove their own waste from units and dispose of in nearby dumpsters.

6. ALL of our rental units are NON-SMOKING and there are no pets allowed in, around, or near rentals.

7. During the months from the first part of June through Labor Day, our cabins are rented only on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. During our off-season, cabin rentals require a two-night minimum stay.

Deposit Policy

A full deposit is required for 1-2 night stays. For 3 or more nights’ stay a deposit equal to 3 nights’ rental of that unit is required.

In the case of late arrivals or early departures, guests will be charged for the full number of nights previously reserved.

Check out is 10:00 AM; Check in is after 4:00 PM. Prices Subject to change without notice. Guests who exceed the 10:00 am check out time will be charged an additional $50.00 per half hour that the unit is occupied.

Camp Rules:

Our Entire Campground (Both Hook-up & Dry camp sites) is operated on a “first-come, first-served” basis. There are NO reservations taken on ANY of our campground sites. There is a maximum of eight persons per site. That includes children and infants.

Pets:

There is a .50c per day pet fee (Up to 2 pets) for all dry and hook up sites. Monthly rate is $15.00; Seasonal rate is $75.00.

There are a maximum of two dogs per campsite.

Pets must be kept on a short leash, no more than six feet AT ALL TIMES and remain tied on a strong durable chain or rope that will not allow the pet to extend off the site in any direction.

Pet/s must be attended AT ALL TIMES.

All droppings shall be the responsibility of the pet owner and picked up and disposed of properly.

All owners should have the proper vaccination papers available should they be asked for.

If any pet is creating a disturbance or being a nuisance, the pet/s shall be removed with no refund.

Visitors of guests are not permitted to bring pets into the campground.

Children shall not be allowed to walk pet/s.
