Antelope Valley Fair Association RV Park

1. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and deny privileges/access to persons breaking any park rules.

2. All vehicles must be operable and in good condition. Management reserves the right to deem your vehicle unsatisfactory and/or deny your stay at the RV Park. RVs/trailers older than ten (10) years may be subject to approval.

3. The maximum length of stay is 21 concurrent days without prior permission of Park management. The RV Park is for temporary residence only and not intended for permanent residence.

4. PAY BEFORE YOU STAY - A vehicle parked in a space must have submitted payment before 2pm on the date staying. Any vehicles parked that have not made payment are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

5. All guests must pay online at "avfair.com/rv-park" or at the AV Fair Admin Office (hours/address listed at end of rules) prior to occupying a site. All fees due must be paid prior to occupying a site or vehicles are subject to towing at owners’ expense. Missed payments will result in your immediate dismissal of RV Park.

6. Vehicles or guests paying weekly/monthly rate that are in violation of any park rules or policies will convert to the higher daily rate until all violations are resolved. At not time will violators of any current policy be allowed to pay the discounted weekly/monthly rate.

7. All RV vehicles must show proof of current registration and insurance and must remain current during your stay in the RV Park. Vehicles/RVs/Trailers may not be towed in. If your vehicle is towed in, you will be required to leave immediately. For example, one RV with two cars; one trailer with two cars.

8. Trailers and/or extra vehicles other than the vehicle permitted to actually occupy the site with an affixed permit may be parked within the permitted space only. No more than two (2) additional vehicles total per space. For example, one RV with two cars OR one trailer with two cars. ALL vehicles must be in running condition with current registration and proof of insurance. At no time will the driveway be blocked.

9. Camping tents are not allowed at any time or at any place within the park or on the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds.

10. Use of illegal drugs, public drunkenness, use of profanity, loud or obnoxious behavior, fireworks or firearms are not allowed in the RV Park or on the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds at any time and will result in immediate dismissal from the RV Park.

11. Motorcycles, motorbikes, mopeds, or any such two, three, or four wheeled vehicles are not to be ridden within the R.V. Park or elsewhere on the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds at any time except in going directly to or from the park entrance to the permitted campsite and then all speed limits and sound restrictions shall be enforced. Skateboards, bicycles, and scooters are not to be ridden at any time. Violators of this rule will be required to immediately vacate their site and to leave the park/fairgrounds.

12. The speed limit in the R.V. park shall be 5 MPH or a lesser speed if conditions (crowds, weather, etc.) warrant.

13. Management reserves the right to determine if your space is deemed unsightly or a nuisance. No outside clotheslines, structures, appliances

14. Utility or storage sheds of any kind will not be permitted.

15. Ropes, flags and the like shall not be tied to trees, fences or poles within the R.V.Park.

16. Pets are permitted with the following restrictions: (a) Pets shall not bark or make other noises that will disturb other park residents; (b) Pets shall not be tied outside of the permitted vehicle, trees, bushes or shrubs, or allowed to run or roam the park; (c) all pets that are taken outside of the permitted vehicle, must be in complete control of the pet owner at all times; (d) pet owner MUST clean up after all pets; (e) pets must not be left unattended in the permitted vehicle at any time; and (f) all pets must be on a leash at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS.

17. A maximum of four adult persons are allowed per site and one sleeping vehicle is allowed per site.

18. Sewer hook-ups must have air-tight connections. Sewage, including gray water, must not be allowed to leak or seep onto the grounds or parking site.

19. Working on vehicles at the camp site or in the RV Park is not allowed. Vehicles leaking oil, gas or other liquids or matter must be removed from the campsite and grounds immediately.

20. The Antelope Valley Fair, it’s Directors and/or Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles, items or vehicles. Keep all valuables locked for your own protection.

21. Check-out time is 12pm (noon). Site occupants staying past the check-out time are required to pay the full rate for any day or portion of day during which they remain past check-out time and day. Vehicles left in sites or on the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds beyond the permitted time noted on their permit may be towed and placed in storage at the discretion of the Fair management and at the vehicle owner’s expense.

22. Report all problems to the Park manager/staff as quickly as possible.

23. Please help conserve energy by reducing your use of electricity and water whenever possible. Under no circumstances may a vehicle be washed at the RV park site.

24. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please have consideration for your neighbors while occupying your site.

25. Auxiliary power units (generators) shall not be used on the park premises at any times other than during periods when the RV Park may have a temporary power outage.

26. Absolutely no soliciting is allowed in the RV Park or on the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds.

27. Trash receptacles are provided throughout the RV Park. We ask your cooperation in seeing that all trash and debris are properly placed in these receptacles.

28. Sites may not be subleased.

29. Violation of any of the above rules may result in refusal of management to grant space rental.

30. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Violators of any rule, at any time, will be subject to immediate dismissal REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT STATUS. Refunds for violators are at the sole discretion of AV Fair & Event Center Management and if issued, will not be distributed until vacated from the RV Park. Refunds may be received at the Admin Office during business hours.
