BluFin Bungalows & Marina

REGISTRATION
All guests and visitors are required to register at the office upon arrival and pay any applicable fees. All rents are payable upon registration. No refunds on early departures. Bluefin Marina reserves the right to limit the number of person occupying and/or visiting a site. Sites are assigned. Do not set up on any site or move from one site to another without first registering at the Camp Store.

CHECK IN & OUT TIMES
Check In for all lodging accommodations (Bungalows and Bungalow Boats) is 4:00 p.m. Check Out for all accommodations is 11:00 a.m. Fees will apply for early arrival and/or late departures (subject to availability).

OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of people allowed on any accommodation is 6. NO SUBLETTING

GUESTS/VISITORS
Guests are responsible for their guests/visitors. All guests must register at the office. Site occupancy must remain at the maximum 6 people. Vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking area. All visitors must leave by 10 p.m. Each site is allocated 2 adults and 4 children. NO SUBLETTING

QUIET TIME, COURTESY & CLEANLINESS
Our quiet hours are enforced from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. Do not cut through other sites and please keep all personal possessions within the boundaries of your own site. Be kind and considerate to all surrounding neighbors. Violations of courtesy rules could result in eviction from the campground. Extra Charges can be Applied if Site or Accommodation requires additional cleaning. Please keep the grounds and your site free of trash.

CLOSING
The closing date for the 2023 season is 2:00 p.m. on November 27th. All personal property must be removed by the date.

LIABILITY
Please be careful! Use of beach, marina, and equipment is at your own risk; management assumes no liability for loss or damage to camping equipment, vehicles or property of campers or guests

BOAT TRAILERS
After launching your watercraft, the trailer must be returned to the overflow parking immediately.

PETS
All pets must wear a collar with current contact information of the owner. There is a limit of 2 pets per site for accommodations. Owners must clean up after their pets. All pets must be leashed at all times when they are outside of your lodging. Pets must not be left outside unattended. No more than 2 pets per pet friendly accommodations. No vicious pets allowed. Pets not allowed in swimming areas.

CAMPFIRES
Virginia law requires campfires be always attended. Occasionally there is a state/area ban on fires, and we will post and/or notify you at check-in if that occurs.

BIKES
Virginia law requires that anyone operating a bicycle under the age of 16 must wear a helmet while biking. All bikes used during dark hours must have working lights and/or reflectors. No bikes on Pier.

PERSONAL SALES
It is prohibited to advertise and/or sell personal products while staying at BluFin Marina.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departures, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be returned in the same form that it was originally paid or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. All refunds processed vis credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.
