House rules for a happy stay
Policies
If you cancel 30 days or more before your expected arrival date, we keep $13.50 and refund you back the rest of your deposit.
If you cancel less then 30 days before your expected arrival date, we keep $28.50 and refund you back the rest of your deposit.
If you cancel 24hrs or less than your expected arrival date, you either forfeit your deposit or 10% of your total reservation, whichever is greater.
We understand things happen and we would love for you to come see us at a more convenient time for you. With that being said, you can always change your dates with no penalty!
NO refunds after check-in. If you do not plan to stay your entire stay, please tell us before you pay your balance at check-in.
Rules & regulations
Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am
We are family-friendly with children who love to play, that being said, the speed limit is 5mph through the park.
Be courteous and clean up after yourselves and pets.
We do not allow clotheslines, tents, or outdoor freezers.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
No glass containers by the pool.
All buildings have a zero smoking policy within them.
Washing vehicles on resort property requires a $10 fee plus tax.
Must be 25 or older to rent a cottage.
RV check-in is at 1pm and cottage check-in is at 4pm, all check out all 11am.
Do NOT throw away any metal chairs, grills, etc., ONLY trash.
Be courteous and do not walk through other guests' sites.
Holiday reservations require full balance at time of reservation. Any cottage reservation will have an additional one time cleaning fee. For a cozy cabin, resort cottage or the beach loft, the cleaning fee is $55.00, and for a stilted cottage, the cleaning fee is $100.00.
