Our restaurant and wine tasting room are just a walk away. Open 24 hours and serving breakfast anytime, Casa de Coffee restaurant offers a menu of home-style favorites and regional specialty items, including fresh fruit and cream pies baked on site. Other facilities offered include a train and carousel ride, a children's playground and shops.

Rules & regulations

Welcome to Casa de Fruta Orchard R.V. Resort. We sincerely hope your visit with us is a very pleasant one. To ensure a pleasurable stay for our guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules and guidelines. Thank you.

CHECKOUT TIME IS 1:00 PM Please notify the office before then if you plan to stay an extra day. Checkout time is strictly enforced.

QUIET HOURS must be observed between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

POOL HOURS are from 11:00 AM to dusk (Seasonal). Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult. Please observe rules posted at the pool area. No lifeguard on duty. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the pool area.

LAUNDRY ROOM HOURS are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No clotheslines allowed.

All facilities are for the exclusive use of registered campers. We have a strict “NO GUEST” policy regarding our pool and showers. You are responsible for your guest’s conduct and observance of park rules. If relatives or friends plan to stay overnight they must register for a separate site.

VISITING VEHICLES and extra vehicles must be parked in designated areas and registered at the office.

PETS are welcome but must be kept within your vehicle. State and local ordinance Section 3330.4 requires that pets must be on leash and kept under control. Pets are not allowed in any of the park buildings. Please use our dog walk and clean up after your pet.

Please occupy only the space assigned to you. Vehicles parked in adjacent or unassigned spaces will be towed at owner’s expense. One camping unit per site.

RESTROOMS are located on “Lawn Landing” and by the swimming pool. Please help keep our restrooms clean. Children under ten years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

SKATEBOARDS or MINI BIKES, are not to be ridden in the R.V. park. GOLF CART drivers must hold a valid drivers license.

Major auto/camper REPAIR WORK or alteration is not permitted.

ATTACHING anything to our trees or light fixtures is prohibited.

USE OF GENERATORS is prohibited in the park.

SPEED LIMIT in the park is 5¾ miles per hour.

CAMPFIRES in approved fire pits only. Campfires are allowed at the campground. We do not provide fire rings, but you are welcome to bring your own. Campfires must be in a container that is off the ground.
