The Golden Pine RV Park caters to all kinds of RV owners. Many of you have spent time here in the past. The Park has recently been acquired and is under new ownership. While you will still enjoy the perks you are accustomed to, we are adding some new and exciting features to the property that we are confident you will enjoy! We have 25 sites; each with water, power and sewer hookups, as well as picnic tables and fire pits. Guests have access to restrooms, showers, laundry and fish cleaning facilities. While you're here enjoy an easy walk to Gull Lake, June Lake or The Village of June Lake!

In addition to what you are already used to, you won’t be disappointed with the many upgrades we are implementing. Our goal is to help you relax and enjoy your vacation in this spectacular mountain setting. While staying with us, you will have access to our Camp Hosts. We are excited to assist our guests with local information, curate outdoor experiences ranging from water sports, hiking, camping, mountain biking, tours to the National Park, host events at the Resort to build a community for our guests, and more. Our onsite Concierge is available to help you plan your days and enjoy your evenings, making the Golden RV Park a unique place to rest and rejuvenate.

Cancellation of reservations requires a twenty-one (21) days advance notice from the check in date to insure deposit refund. If reservation is made within the cancellation period, the deposit is nonrefundable.

All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 service charge.

Weather is unpredictable in the Sierra. Refunds are not issued (outside of the guidelines below) for rain, snow, heat, wind, smoke in the air or other natural causes. In addition, Southern California Edison (the local electrical utility) has started implementing PSPS (Public Safety Power Shut-off’s) in the event of high winds. Refunds will not be issued for power outages, as they are out of our control. Generators may be used in the event of a PSPS.

Rules & regulations

Please arrive by 6 pm. We all know stuff happens, if you know you are going to be running late, we would love a heads up.

Check-in time: 2:00PM – Check-out time: 11:00AM

Occupying a site beyond 11:00 a.m. will result in an additional night charge or a late check out fee of $40.

The speed limit is 5mph at ALL times.

Our quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. We all love a good gathering, some our guests prefer peace and quiet. No loud music, radios, or generators during quiet hours.

Children need to be supervised at ALL times.

All RV’s, vehicles and other possessions MUST fit inside your site. Each site is allowed one RV and one vehicle. Only parallel parking is allowed. Sleeping in tents or cars is not allowed.

Cooking with fire and barbecues are allowed at each site (unless there is a State ban or high fire risk in the area). Please dispose of your food and ashes in a responsible manner.

Fires are only allowed in the fire pits. No barbeque or fire pits are allowed on resort provided picnic tables.

We have beautiful bears! Be Bear Aware with food, ice chests, trash, and heavily scented items (not only food).

Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings, including restrooms. Smoking material must be extinguished in an appropriate fire container.

PETS

We love our furry companions. Pets are welcome but must be on a leash at ALL times. Pets are not allowed to sleep outside of your RV. Pets must not be left tethered or otherwise unattended at any time. For the protection of, and in consideration to other guests, noisy, aggressive or unruly pets are not allowed at the park. Guests who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the resort. Guests are responsible for their pets and should clean up after them. All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle. Fencing is limited to 30” in height and may be utilized only in the area around the RV. Pets are not permitted in the public buildings, including but not limited to the bathrooms, general store or clubhouse.

RV SITE STANDARDS

Every site has to be seen, so please be a good neighbor and keep yours clean! Clotheslines, tarps and excessive ornamental/light-up objects should be left at home. Discharging grey water in the park is against the law. Use sewer hookups to dump all wastewater. Accidental discharge of grey or black water tanks on property will result in a $500 fine. Vehicle (car, RV, boat, etc.) maintenance of any kind (washing, oil changing, etc.) is NOT allowed.
