House rules for a happy stay
Policies
We require 2 days notice for cancellations on all RV sites, tent sites, and cabins, and a 10% processing fee will be applied for cancellations.
Any cancellations made within 2 days of check in will be non-refundable. We also do not offer refunds for early departures.
Any reservation on a holiday weekend requires 7 days notice, and a 10% processing fee will be applied for cancellations.
Cancellations on holiday weekends made within 7 days of check in will be non-refundable.
No show, no call in advance guests will not be refunded.
Rules & regulations
No monthly or long term sites available. At this time we cannot accommodate any RV footage over 32'.
Fires must be attended at all times; $250 fine for abandoned fires or even hot coals.
$25 fine for leaving excess trash/abandoned items in your site/cabin.
AUTO-COLLECT
A 100% deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.
CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 5 and under stay free. Pets are welcome, but please keep them on a 6 ft leash, or less, and under your control at all times. Pets are welcome in cabins but must be kenneled inside. Pets are not welcome in the Vardo Wagon. Please CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET! Pet fee for tent and RV sites is $3/day/pet. Pet fee for cabins is $6/day/pet.
