Policies
LODGING / GROUP SITE / ALL HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL EVENTS:
30 days or more - penalty = 50% of 1st night only.
29 days or less - penalty = 50% of reservation or one night (whichever is more).
CAMPGROUND (Except for Special Events & Large Groups):
Cancellations for ANY reason:
14 days or more - penalty = 50% of 1st night only.
13 days or less - penalty = 50% of reservation or one night (whichever is more).
Rules & regulations
Pet Policy:
**Pit Bill, Pit Bull mixes and dogs of aggressive nature are not allowed. If you or a member of your party violates this rule, you will be asked to leave without refund.
First pet is FREE! The 2nd and 3rd pet is $2 per pet, per day.
Pets are allowed only in the campground and MUST be on leashes at ALL times and are NOT to be left unattended.
Consistent barking will not be tolerated, anyone violating this WILL be asked to leave.
Please clean up after your pet.
Pets are NOT allowed in rooms or cabins during the summer season, a $250.00 fee will be charged to violators & you will be asked to leave without refund.
NO DOGS ALLOWED IN PLAYGROUNDS OR POOL AREA.
PET RULES-Rooms/Cabins: **NO PETS - May-Sept (SELECTED ROOMS/CABINS ONLY)
Pets are only allowed in "select rooms/cabins" during our Off-Season (Oct- early May) exact dates vary.
Pet fee is $25 per stay with a 2 dog maximum.
Pets MUST be on leashes at ALL times and are NOT to be left unattended.
Consistent barking will not be tolerated, anyone violating this WILL be asked to leave.
