Sandy Pines RV Park features on-site laundry and extra large 40’x15’ concrete pads on large lots (pull-thru pads are available). Streaming movies is no problem over our dedicated Windstream fiber connection (included). City sewer and water, and of course electrical hookups for 50/30/20 AMP power. Also, great cell phone signal with cell tower across the highway!
Sandy Pines offers a serene location nestled within eight acres of pine trees with only 20 pads. It's located in beautiful Grapeland, TX just off of US Highway 287 N only 11 minutes north of Crockett and 20 minutes from Houston County Lake.

Park Rules
For daily rentals, check-in at 3 PM and checkout by 11 AM or re-register.
Speed limit is 9 MPH.
Parking: two spaces provided in front of each pad. Please do not park at empty pads/lots.
The operation of motorized scooters, ATVs, or any unlicensed vehicle is prohibited on park property.
Children 14 years and under must be supervised an adult 18 years or older.
Guests are responsible for damage to park property.
Quiet Time: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise at a considerate level.
Trash: A dumpster is provided…please use it to dispose of your trash.
Cleanliness: Please keep your area neat, clean and uncluttered.
Please do not place large objects, such as, rugs, tarps on the grass.
Washing RVs is prohibited onsite.
No construction or vehicle Mechanical work is allowed on the property.
Laundry is open 24/7.
RV must be less than 10 years old at beginning of stay.
No fireworks of any kind.
Camp fires are not permitted.
No glass containers outside of RV.
Anyone causing a disturbance or violating Park Rules shall be evicted immediately (NO REFUNDS).
Pet Rules
Only non-aggressive animals allowed.
Dogs must remain on leash, no longer than 6ft.
Pets must be supervised at all times.
No animals living outside overnight.
Owner must clean up after their pets.
