The Californian RV Resort

Excessive use of alcohol, public drunkenness, use of profanity, loud or obnoxious behavior, or the use of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection from the resort.

No trespassing on Park grounds.

Anyone under age of 18 needs to be supervised in park.

Drinking alcohol while driving or driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol on resort property will result in immediate ejection from the resort.

Daily and weekly customers are limited to one rv and one vehicle per site.

For Monthly stay RV’s older than 10 years may be subject to approval.

Monthlies are limited to one rv and TWO vehicles total per site.

Maximum 4 people and 3 dogs for any site. Please check with The Californian RV Resort management for a complete list of dog breed restrictions.

Do not park in empty sites. Each site used will be charged the daily rate.

Quiet hours are 10:00pm until 7:00am strictly enforced. No loud noise or music during these hours.

5 MPH speed limit within the resort at all times. All drivers must have a valid drivers license.

No golf carts, rhinos or ATVs allowed. No motorized or electric scooters or off-road vehicles. No motorcycle cruising within the park. Helmets must be worn as required by law.

Bicycles and scooters must be ridden at a safe rate of speed within the resort and are not allowed around the pool or in any resort buildings. Helmets must be worn at all times. No skateboards or rollerblades allowed in the resort.

Children must have adult supervision at all times in all resort areas including all resort buildings.

No tent camping allowed.

No charcoal grills only propane grills allowed.

No open wood burning fires.

Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.

The spa/hot tub is for adults (18 years or older) only.

Children in pool must have adult supervision at all times.

Proper swim attire must be worn in pool and spa, no street clothes.

No glass allowed in the pool area.

No aggressive dogs allowed, management has final approval of any/all pets. Please check with The Californian RV Resort management for a complete list of dog breed restrictions.

No full breed of mixed breed dogs containing the following breeds, or displaying any of the physical traits of the following breeds: American/Staffordshire (Pit) Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow, Malamute, Akita or Doberman. Please check with The Californian RV Resort management for a complete list of dog breed restrictions.

All pets must be on a leash six (6) feet or shorter at all times while outside and while exiting or entering any vehicles in the resort

No pets are to be left unattended outside of your RV at any time.

All pet waste must be picked up by the owner immediately and disposed of properly.

No pets allowed in the pool area or in any resort buildings: bathrooms, laundry room, exercise room or clubhouse.

Washing of rvs is not permitted.

The gate code is for registered guests only, do not give the gate code out.

Wait until the entry gate arm is in an upright position and completely stopped before proceeding through and under the gate arm.

No piggybacking, only one vehicle allowed at a time through the gate. No pedestrians allowed through the coded gate entryway. Pedestrians must use the provided pedestrian walkway only.

All visitors must register at the resort office and must park in the visitors lot located below the resort office.

Loading and unloading time while parked in resort roads is limited to 15 minutes.

Do not park on the grass.

No auto repair or painting on the premises.

Site passes are for registered guests of the resort, please keep your pass visible at all times displayed on the front dashboard or on the rear view mirror.

Equipment and facilities furnished for the convenience of registered guests are to be used at the guests own risk. Neither the owners nor the management will be responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of property by fire, theft, wind or any act of God. We reserve the right to dismiss any person from the campground for failure to abide by Resort rules, laws, regulations, ordinances and creating a disturbance or nuisance. No refunds or pro-rating of fees will be made in the event of such dismissal from the resort.

Each person is responsible for keeping their site in a clean and orderly manner.

Security Gate Card Deposit: Please be advised a gate card is required to enter The Californian RV Resort. There is a $50.00 refundable deposit for each card. The gate card may not be copied, sold, transferred, loaned or given to any other individual to use. At the time of departure from The Californian RV Resort, you will receive a refund of your deposit. If the gate card is altered (written on, punched holes, etc.), damage and/or lose the card, you will forfeit your deposit.
